Impeach Him Again; And Expel His Complicit Coup Plotters. Show Them No Mercy.


   January 6, 2021, will go down as one of the most shameful days of the year -and most of all- modern American history. For those who don't know, former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. defeated incumbent (now outgoing) Republican President-reject Donald J. Trump by seven million popular votes, and by the exact same Electoral College margin that President-reject Trump defeated his 2016 opponent, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. President-reject Trump refused to concede the election for two months (until January 7), instead he chose to fucking lie like the loser he is challege the results to steal the election and scream "Fuck You America" for the people rejecting him, like how most women have done in his life attempt to steal the election convince state legsislatures to appoint alternative sets of electors (despite the fact that the elections were free and fair, despite his bullshit claims to the contrary. Half of the House Republican Conference signed onto a lawsuit attempting to disenfranchise Americans overturn the election results in the key battleground states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia, all of which voted to remove President-reject Trump from office. Republicans, who have become fascist supporting bootlickers and enthrall to hating our Country incapable of admitting Biden won (with a small number of exceptions), chose to join the President-reject in his fake election fraud claims.


    On December 14, 2020 (a month and a half after the election), the Electoral College voted to elect President-elect Biden. By this time, all 50 states and the Distrct of Columbia had certified the results, but that did not convince the absolute morons people who support the President-reject. #StopTheSteal was used by countless idiots people, who think* (*believe what ever they read) that dead people vote for the Democrats, and that illegal immigrants vote, despite the evidence to the contrary. After several weeks of blocking the incoming Biden Administration from beginning the transition, President-reject Trump finally relented. On January 5, 2021, the Democrats won control of the United States Senate, by defeating two fascist Republican incumbent Senators in the run-offs, and the President-reject's supporters continue to spread lies about that.


    On January 6, 2021 -the day Congress was to ratify the results of the election- domestic terrorists stormed the Capitol, at the direction of the President-reject. Five people died, many were injured, and others arrested. President-reject Trump, his son Donald J. Trump Jr., and his personal baglapper "lawyer", Rudolph W.L. Giuliani, egged on the protesters, and the President-reject of the United States encouraged his supporters to go to Capitol Hill and intimidate members of Congress into sustaining the objections to the electoral votes of the said states. The House chamber -which was in joint session- had to be evacuated in order to keep the members of Congress safe, and the rioters were heard discussing the possibility of murdering Vice President-reject Michael R. Pence (R-IN). If you want to see more about this (I ask why?), then watch this.



Here's What Should Happen To The President-Reject.


1. The Vice President-reject and eight Cabinet Secretaries can invoke Section Four of the 25th Amendment.


"Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.


"Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."


    In translation: Mike Pence and eight cabinet Secretaries send Congress a letter declaring Donald Trump unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, which removes Donald Trump from having any authority as President. He would be divested of the authority, but retain the office, with Mike Pence having the authority, for four days, if Donald Trump sends Congress a letter declaring that no inability exists. Afterwards, the Cabinet can issue a second letter declaring that Donald Trump is unable to discharge the duties of his office, and Congress would have to immediately take up the matter, and with a two thirds vote in the House (290-143, two vacancies exist in the House) and Senate (67-33), the President remains divested of authority, unless the Cabinet and Vice President relent. The chances of this succeeding are slim, but Mike Pence has yet to rule it out, and at least one Cabinet Secretary (Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin) have been involved in discussions of invocation. This is a quicker method than impeachment, but slower than an outright resignation.


2. Impeachment, Removal, and Disqualification.


    Already, House Democrats stand prepared to impeach Donald Trump a second time, a historic first. He was impeached in 2019 for attempting to rig the 2020 election in his favor by getting Ukraine to spin up a fake investigation on then Democratic primary candidate Joe Biden. The Republican-controlled Senate ultimately acquitted Donald Trump, and he remained in office. A simple majority in the House of Represenatives is required to approve a resolution of impeachment. With the Democratic-controlled House, the votes are there to impeach. In Republican-controlled Senate, a two-thirds majority of the Senate is required to "convict", which results in automatic removal from office. With the theoretical trial beginning after the inauguration of President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala D. Harris, all Democrats and seventeen Republicans could vote to convict the former President. After that, a resolution to disqualify him from ever holding office again could pass with a simple majority.


    Article I, Section 2, Clause 5 of the U.S Constitution provides:


"The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."


Article I, Section 3, Clauses 6 and 7 provide:


"The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States; but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law."


Article II, Section 2 provides:


"[The President] ... shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment."


Article II, Section 4 provides:


"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."


    The House of Representatives has initiated impeachment proceedings 62 times since 1789. The House has impeached 20 federal officers. Of these:


    15 were federal judges: thirteen district court judges, one court of appeals judge (who also sat on the Commerce Court), and one Supreme Court Associate Justice. Three were Presidents: Andrew Johnson, William J. Clinton and Donald J. Trump, one was a Cabinet secretary, one was a U.S. Senator. Of the 20 impeachments by the House, four cases did not come to trial because the individuals had left office, eight were acquitted, and eight officials were convicted, all of whom were judges. One, former Judge Alcee Hastings, was elected as a member of the United States House of Representatives after being removed from office. No President impeached by the House has been removed from office. Additionally, an impeachment process against Richard M. Nixon was commenced, but not completed, as he resigned from office before the full House voted on the articles of impeachment, and to date, no President or Vice President has been removed from office by impeachment and conviction.


    Even if the President-reject's term expires before a verdict is rendered, the Senate should convict him, in order to disqualify him from ever holding office again under the United States. This act that the President-reject of the United States committed against the heart of America's Democratic-Republic is unforgivable. He knew that by directing his supporters to go to the Capitol building and intimidate members of Congress into overturning the election that he lost, he was inciting a riot. Five people died, many injured, and many people traumatized. In the end, he deserves zero mercy. 


    He needs to be impeached, convicted/removed, disqualfied, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for inciting a riot, and for his hour long phone call with Republican Georgia Secretary of State Brad J. Raffensperger, in which he demanded that he find "11,780 votes", which would allow President-reject Trump to win Georgia by one vote, which would allow his Electoral College deficit of 306-232 to be 290-248. The President-reject attempted to disenfranchise Georgia voters by using the power of his office to benefit him politically. He did the same with Ukraine, and got away with it, so he believed he would get away with it in the case of a U.S State. He currently faces one article of impeachment:


Article I: Incitement of Insurrection


    A second article -Article II- should be Abuse of Power, for that call. The chances of conviction and disqualfication are slim, unfortunately. But if he's convicted, he would be the first to be convicted. If a vote to disqualify him took place, only a simple majority -all Democrats and one Republican- would be necessary to prohibit America from hurting itself any further Donald Trump from ruining our Country any further running for office or holding office ever again. He has proven that he will continue to remain as long as he holds the Presidency of the United States.


3. Resignation.

                        This is in case Donny Two Inch doesn't know how to do this.


    When President Richard M. Nixon (R-CA) learned that 300+/435 Representatives would vote to impeach him, and 85/100 Senators would vote to convict him -effectively having no base of support in Congress- he knew that his Presidency was effectively over. He would become the only President to ever resign. If the President-reject would simply resign the Presidency, impeachment would be over. Vice President-reject Pence would become the 46th President -and the shortest tenured President of less than 10 days (as I'm writing this at 10:47 PM MST, on 01/10/2021), and President-elect Biden -our 47th Vice President, would become our 47th President. He would not be disqualfied, due to the momentum supporting impeachment all but collapsing with his resignation.


    This is the easiest -and quickest- scenario, but the most unlikely.



What Should Happen To The Members of Congress and Lawyers Who Attempted A Coup, And Were Complicit In The Storming of The Capitol.


    For members of Congress, it's expulsion.


    The United States Constitution (Article I, Section 5, Clause 2) provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."


    For every member of Congress who supported the Texas lawsuit seeking to overturn the election results of Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania (worth 46 electoral votes, which would have given a 278-260 victory for Donald Trump if he retained them in 2020) need to be expelled. If members of Congress were expelled for supporting the Confederacy during the Civil War, and a federal Judge was impeached and removed for the same thing, it's perfectly fine to expel members of Congress who attempted to overturn the election results, which led to Trump supporters overrunning the Capitol. They endorsed this President-reject's cynical efforts to burn our Country to the ground, to sooth his damaged ego. They chose him over America. They chose to surrender America to a dictator. That's their legacy.


    While it's (sadly) unlikely that 2/3 of the House would expell 126/211 House Republicans, the mere attempt will show that an effort was taken to punish these members. As for the Senators who intended to object to the certification of the election, they all need to be expelled. It may seem extreme to expel 14/50 Republican Senators, but considering the fact that this was part of an attempt to overturn an election, and effectively allow Congress to override the American people, it's the least that could be done. It would be nice if a resolution could be adopted -banning those expelled from ever serving in either chamger of Congress ever again- but sadly, that's not the case.


    For any attorneys to supported this President-reject's efforts, they all need to be disbarred.


    Imagine using your powers as a lawyer to attempt to override the Electoral College and install a dictator. It's actually quite scary to see so many people blindly supporting a dictatorial President-reject with undying loyalty. Those who overran the Capitol did it with the encouragement of those who would throw them under the bus without a moment's notice.


Vote. Them. Out.


    If expulsion does not happen, then each and every member of the Coup Squad needs to be defeated in primary or general elections. They must never be allowed to live a day without being reminded about their attempt to destroy American democracy, because they were too chicken shit afraid to stand up to the President-reject. Their obituaries must have this plastered all over it. The abuse of power by the President-reject of the United States, and his allies, must have severe consequences, and President-elect Biden should install a special prosecutor who would aggressively investigate the President-reject, and file charges (mainly -but obviously not only- for attempting to blackmail Secretary Raffensperger), if necessary. It may seem extreme, but like I said in the title: No. Mercy. For. These. Coup. Plotters.



    And to anyone who defends this coup attempt, and this President-reject at this point, after all of the examples of his racism, his abuse of power, and the other fuckery nonsense he's pulled, please let me know, so I can remove you from my social life faster than this Country rejected the Mango Mussolini. And to anyone who decided to storm the Capitol: arrest them all. Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, to send a message to those who consider doing the same in the future. It's also disturbing to note that 45% of Republicans defend this coup attempt. I flirted with the idea of being a Republican in 2018 (due to my belief in a smaller government, low taxes, and low spending), but with this President-reject, I don't ever see myself ever becoming a Republican, but remaining a Libertarian


    For a number of young people in America, Trump is irrevocably the face of the GOP, and that will hurt the GOP for quite sometime, if they don't (hopefully) disband as a party at some point. Ciao.
